Creating a gallery with filters

Hi, I'm trying to create a gallery on my website where basically I will show the teams members in each department. But I'd like it to "replace" de team members, staying on the same place, according to the department I'm choosing. Basically I want it to be the way it is in this page, on "Our Leadership": https://tsp.co/our-team/

Could anyone help me with the code I should be using please?
