Adding a clickable link in an Intake Form not working

Hi all,

I require a clickable link in an Intake Form to direct clients to a Terms & Conditions page, but it doesn't seem to work.

According to the Help page https://help.acuityscheduling.com/hc/en-us/articles/16676931038093-Client-intake-forms-and-agreements-in-Acuity-Scheduling under the Heading: Client agreements it states:

"You can include links in the form description or question. Pasting a URL, including the http://, into any question or form description field will create a clickable link."  

I've tried both http:// and https:// preceding my URL and neither converts to a link. Has anyone else had success with this and, if not, is this a known issue, or something unique to using Acuity through Squarespace?
