alexander_verharen_usa Posted February 12 Share Posted February 12 Dark holes exist on the internet. One's been observed between Google Domains and Squarespace. Client website is in transition to squarespace, and since this weekend their DNS records are no longer propagated. Website down, email down, what a disaster! We've been told by Squarespace that since the registrar URL is support2.squarespace.com, the control is still with Google, but the client already has no way to manage their domain there. How should this be resolved? Business is severely impacted. Link to comment
