Squareskeptic Posted January 27 Share Posted January 27 Need help with linking my domain (hosted by sqsp) to a site I built on sqsp. There is no phone help, chat is down. I've written 3 emails to customer service over 4 days and only get an autoreply. I need my domain to be linked to the website I built. I can't use (myname.squarespace.com) because it requires a sign in - not a public facing website. The instructions for transferring a domain from one sqsp to another do not work. No "transfer domain" option. Just loops around. So frustrating! Do I have to go back to square one and build my website on the other domain? Why can't I transfer the domain? Arrrrgh Link to comment
