Form Blocks Form Name Font Size

I am using Lightbox to display a Form Block to the user.  The font size in the Form Name is quite large. please see below.  How can I change the font size of the Form Name?

Is there a method or code to remove the link to Manage Submissions from the email notification when the form is submitted?
