4h looking for a solution and still nothing...

Hi everyone, going mad here.

I'm trying to autoplay a google drive iframe video.

The best I could find is this :

<div class="container_video">

  <iframe class="responsive-iframe" src="https://drive.google.com/file/d/1P7lIERRkKBjwBzPC5gO0y5VVdBT4TwI2/preview?autoplay=1" width="1200" height="675" allow="autoplay" ></iframe>

But the video keeps roaming. Is it even possible ?

I'm not sure this is possible, but is the video public? Can you not add the video to YouTube, Vimeo or directly upload it rather than hosting in GDrive?

It looks like Google removed the embed video option from drive a few years ago (2020) so at this point you'd want to try the programs @Ziggy suggested. You can also upload it to a Squarespace video block. The video block can also help your site stay accessible with it's autoplay audio settings. This article has some interesting info about that.
