Help with unsecured website

Hi there

Unfortunately, my clients website is being flagged as 'not secure' on Safari and Firefox, as shown in the attached screenshot.
Could you please help me with the SSL status or let me know what the issue might be? I tried several things already and am not able to fix it.

Have you ensured that the SSL Certificate Status is set as 'Active' and the radio buttons for 'Secure' and 'HSTS Secure' are selected like in this screenshot?
