How to stop form field from changing the background color once name and email text is entered

When text is entered into the name and email form field entries, the background color changes to a light blue.  All the other inputs remain white.  How do I stop the light blue and have the inputs once completed remain white?

Hi @Mynty I am not seeing the behaviour you are describing. I am on windows using chrome.
