blurry videos!

The videos on my site have all suddenly become blurry. They were all sharp and now suddenly they are blurry (Chrome AND Safari) They all use the Video block. I'm wondering if Vimeo vids are having the same issue? Anyone else experiencing this? Heeeellpppp!!!! It's happening on all my pages, here is a good example:

I spoke with Squarespace and they say it's a problem on their end. Anyone else having issues????

I'm on V7.1 and using the classic editor and the Squarespace Video blocks

I had to move all my videos onto Vimeo. The Squarespace video block is too buggy and they have constant issues with it.

Mine too!!! The first few seconds of all my videos are very blurry. They suddenly became blurry yesterday, and this issue has never happened before.

I am using my website for an important application right now.

Same issue here! I've opened a ticket and spoken with someone on the live chat. I was told it's a known issue, and they are working on fixing it. The problem is this has been going on for ages, I've seen posts from 2020 with the same problem yet to be fixed. COME ON, SQUARESPACE!

This happens to all of my videos...I upload them and they are blurry and it's super frustrating and I spend a ton of time trying to figure out what the issue is to get it to be clear and function as they are supposed to. I dont get it...they have a video upload function and then have this issue...What can I do to get this corrected on my new site that I am building...
