Anchor link code blocks pushing around my content

Hi guys,

I've added in some code blocks with anchor tags and they seem to be pushing around all the content in the blocks... anyone have any idea why this is happening? 

It looks fine in the builder but the live site is a mess. I've attached to images of one of the blocks, one from the builder and two from the live site.
