Animating Image Blocks

Hello!

I'm using Squarespace 7.1 and I wanted to animate a single image block instead of using site wide animations. I checked Squarespace's tutorial about adding individual animations but I don't see a menu in the image block for animations. 

What I see right now:

I checked the forums and people recommended that I use a Classic Editor section instead of the Fluid Engine section to animate individual image blocks, but I'm also having issues because when I try to add a image block it will change the entire section from the Classic Editor to the Fluid Engine. 

If anyone knows how to add individual animations, I would really appreciate some insight!

Can you share link to page where you use image? And which animation effect you want to apply?

I'm playing around on: https://www.priyamorf.com/testing There are 2 images in the gray middle section, and I would like to apply the clip effect to them.
