Why is there no background color?

I cant figure out why my added product does not get the grey background overlay as the rest. Can someone help?

Or tell me the RGB/CMYK color?

The product url doesn't work

I removed the link since it is not suppose to be visible and I did not get any responses.

However, as I asked before in a different thread. It should not matter what the picture looks like. It is a general setting. All pictures uploaded as transparent png before got a grey default background. Now when I upload one it comes up as transparent. It should be a general setting, which I cant find.

Hi, if you think it is a SquareSpace issue, you can contact their support.

But if you share a link to the page you are having the issue, the community here can try and point you in the right direction, either to a setting within SquareSpace, or with custom code.

However, without seeing the issue or a link, it's harder to help you.
