Remove button and elements from header for specific page

Hi community,

 

I am currently building a landing page whose header is supposed to look different from the main website's. 

I would like to remove the button from the header as well as the option Karriere. How can i remove single options from the header in general?

 

Bonus would be to change the naming of the header option Unsere Lösung, is this possible at all without having to change the option's page name entirely?
