Navigation menu not working. Why?

Just had a customer tell me my website is broken and they cannot access my Services and About Us page. When I login to the Squarespace editor it shows up with no problem. But when I do it outside of Squarespace and access it directly, it is indeed broken. 

I'm stumped as to what's going on. I confirmed that both pages are listed as Enabled and I can access them by typing in the URL. But the navigation bar breaks the site.

It doesn't get included.

I can confirm that what you're seeing is happening, have you changed anything recently? When did you install the accessibility widget?

I added the accessibility widget probably 2 or 3 years ago. Haven't changed much to the site except for updating pics on the About Me page. I might mess around with the widget and see if that's the issue, kind of surprised if that's the issue since it doesn't affect the home page. Appreciate the info Ziggy!

It probably isn't the issue, it's just the most prominent piece of code I could see. Chat with Support is my best suggestion.
