CamilleSuzanne
Hello! I have noticed that the e-mails I send in return to my clients' inquiries goes straight to their spam folders. Their initial e-mails are sent to me via the contact page on my website, but when I reply it ends up in their spam. I believe this stops happening once we begin sending emails back and forth - but still! I think it is affecting business because people are missing my replies. Does anyone have a solution for this? Thanks so much for your time! Camille Link to comment
SkylerCosta
That's definitely frustrating. It might be due to spam filters flagging your replies as potential spam. Try adding your clients' email addresses to your contacts list and make sure your email domain has proper SPF and DKIM records. If it persists, consider consulting experts at https://digitalinvestigation.com/blackmail for email-related issues. Edited October 3 by SkylerCosta Link to comment
