Why is my FROM date in American fromat and my TO date in German format?

For some reason, the FROM date and the TO date on the events list view of Squarespace 7.1  on the thumbnail are formatted differently. I have applied various CSS codes, yes, but even when I delete the codes, the problem remains. Ideally, the dates are displayed as 8. NOV. BIS 31. DEZ., Any advice?

Changing the date format away from American is quite a new thing, this sounds like a bug that you should report to Squarespace Support:

Hi Ziggy, I have done the above and Squarespace said this https://share.squarespace.com/wbu5ooEx  custom code causing it and that they cannot help with it. When removing all custom code the problem remains though. Any thoughts? Thanks!

If you can remove the custom code (copy it and save it somewhere) then talk to SQS Support, that way they can't fob you off with "it must be your custom code".

At least they see the problem but unfortunately and as usual don't seem to prioritise anything that goes beyond English.
