Interactive model on mobile

Hi, I have gotten an interactive model functioning on my site. It runs user inputs through an embedded sheets file and gives output numbers. It is working on the desktop, both in 'desktop view' and 'mobile view', but when run on a mobile device it does not work. Pictures below show first how it looks on mobile (where it is not working) and then how it looks on desktop where it is functioning
