How to handle sales tax for 2 different stores

I have two stores on my squarespace site. One is for sales of physical products and the other is for services. The physical products should have sales tax but the services should not. When I enable TaxJar, it enables it for all my stores in squarespace when I only want it to apply to one of my stores. Is there a way to enable it for only my physical product store? Does anyone else have similar problem?
