What happens if I want a second website? Do I have to pay for another account?

I am currently building a website for my brand - My self and my career.

I also want to offer tutoring services and would like this to be a seperate site. Do I need another new account? Do I have to pay for another site?

You don't need a new account, you can manage multiple websites on your account. If you want a second or third website, they will each need a paid subscription.
