Popup show every Time after Custom CSS

Hello dear forum,

I hope you can help me. 

I have had a pop-up on my website for some time now, so that it also displays an image in mobile view, I have already used the CSS code.

But now I have the problem that the pop-up pops up again every time I reload a page or switch to another page. Despite the setting in the marketing menu at Squarespace to 24h or even never (test).

This is of course extremely annoying for the customers and I ask for your help because the popup should not pop up again immediately after closing or clicking on the link for user XY.

If this setting isn't working then you need to ask Squarespace Support, it's not really something the forum can help with:
