jasonchunglee Posted April 12, 2023 Share Posted April 12, 2023 Hello, I built a new squarespace site and wish to connect my current namecheap domain to the new site. I input the squarespace nameservers into the namecheap settings but then squarespace gives me an error message saying the domain could not be connected. I also tried transfering the domain as well but also received and error, and it wouldn't work. I contacted namecheap support and they directed me to reach out to squarespace as they couldn't see anything wrong on their side. Please advise! Screenshots attached. Link to comment
