UNABLE TO EDIT FOOTER IN SAFARI

Good afternoon.  While I have seen this issue brought up in the past, there seems to have been zero resolution aside from having to download a different web browser (something I am not willing to do on my MAC).  

Squarespace, could you please, fix this error.  Whenever I click "edit footer" it does absolutely nothing.  Nothing pops up whatsoever. I am unable to click anything else. 

Having been a customer for the last 3 years, and never seeing this issue up until now (I am seeing that there have since been a few updates), its a little frustrating when I am preparing to relaunch the commerce portion of my website and when I visit my site and see "no footer".
