Webpage not updating!

 

I've attached the correct/updated webpage and what the buttons *should* say.

 

However, when we view it from her instagram bio:

https://www.instagram.com/emilygraceacupuncture/ (click the link in the bio)

it's not showing up correctly. You'll notice a discrepancy !

 

We've tried the following:

 - Viewed https://www.emilygraceacupuncture.com/love on desktop/computer - content is correct

- View the link directly in incognito on desktop -  ✅ content is correct

- View the link through Instagram on desktop - ✅ content is correct

- View the link through Instagram on MOBILE  -  ❌ content is incorrect

- View the link through the mobile browser on MOBILE - ❌ content is incorrect

 

I also confirmed that several of her viewers on IG also experience the same thing . As she uses this link to update it with her latest workshops, people try to go and sign up, but it doesn't work

 

I reached out to Squarespce customer service already and followed these steps:

To troubleshoot or update the content that displays, use Facebook's debugger tool:
 

1. Open the tool here: http://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug
2. Add the URL you want to share and click Debug. If you have multiple custom domains, use your primary domain.
3. Scroll down to Link Preview and check the content.
4. If you don't see the correct content, scroll up and click Scrape Again. You might need to do this a few times.
5. Check the content again.

As well as duplicating the page, renaming it a different URL slug and completely creating a brand new page. I even updated it on my own IG profile and it's having the same issue (https://www.instagram.com/josieng/)

Now on Safari, it's completely showing a different page than what I see within my Squraespace dashboard (in Edit mode)

Any ideas???
