Template showing instead of home page

Hi, I set up a website for a client 10 days ago. Every day (without fail) the original template replaces the home page and I am having to email Squarespace every day - they do nothing and have suggested replacing the URL slug of the page which I have done but this doesn't help and makes no difference. It's embarrassing and unprofessional and I don't understand why the template keeps on replacing the home page - can anyone help as Squarespace have been useless and have come up with no solution? thanks

anu update on this, I'm getting the same thing!!! urg.  

I'm also having the same issue. My homepage is showing some the template graphics/etc but my aux pages are correct.

Same problem. We switched from a version 7.0 site to a 7.1 template this morning. Everything went off without a hitch until 2 hours later when our domain started directing to the 7.0 homepage. All the links are broken (of course) but the error messages show from our 7.1 site. VERY frustrating! 

Has anyone found a solution?
