Mobile formatting issues when scrolling - Plz Help!

Hello, I am having an issue with the formatting on most of my text boxes when scrolling on the mobile version of my website. This does not happen if I type in the website address manually on my phone BUT only if I get to my site by a link either shared with someone or attached to one of my social's. As you load a site and start to scroll the boxes will change sizes and the site will glitch - how do I fix this?
