Is there a way to drag elements between sections?

Sometimes, I'm editing a page, and I want to create a new section and bring in the elements from another section, i.e. cut and paste an element from one section to another, or simply be able to drag the element from one section to another. (I'm using the new Liquid Engine, btw.) Currently, I have to completely create my element again in the new section.
