Different buy now buttons

Hi I would love to create the attached (see image) but struggling to identify the right method. I would like the user to select a purchase option that is 'One-time Purchase' (full price) & then a second option that is a rolling month payment (like the one that is selected @£44.99). Also want to point out that when you select the option it then changes the price at the bottom, to which you can then select add to cart. Is this possible?
