7.0 I need to customize the caption in a new gallery block to be same as current gallery block.

I have been all over the web trying to make the caption of a new gallery page the same as a current gallery block. I see the CSS code in the Design tab. I am not sure where to find the #page or #collection to include in the code. Is there only 1 place to input code (Design tab) or can you add code to individual pages?
