Store title isn't changing on webpage window

For some reason the store title isn't changing at the top of the browser window. I have two store pages, 1 for my main store and 1 for a car club I sell shirts for that's just for them to access.

I'm able to change and update the main store and see it change live. But this second page won't change at all. Wondering if there's another spot I'm missing. I just made it and haven't went through all the options but would think it would only be on the page settings where it needs to be changed.

I have the same problem!  any solutions on this?
