Two Bar Menu on Mobile? Pages don't load until you double click on them.

The desk top view of the menu looks fine and works well but on the mobile view it only shows two bars in the top left corner. If  you click on the two bars it only appears to load the background colour of the page and not the content unless you double click on the page?? thanks
