Paragraph Spacing

I'm working on a new site and I'd like to reduce the space between to header styles that i'm using in the same text block. I've adjusted line spacing and can achieve what I want in that block by reducing the line spacing, but it creates problems across the rest of the site. 
Is it possible for squarespace to add a control for Paragraph spacing?

If you share link to page where you have this problem, I think we can take a look & give a quick guide to fix it

The page I'm having issues is on https://trout-tomato-nggk.squarespace.com/range-rover-service if you scroll down to the Servicing pricing section, for styling purposes i'd like to close up the spacing between RANGE ROVER SPORT and 2.7TD6 and also between Minor/Major Service and the pricing below it. It's an even bigger issue further down in the Range Rover Velar section with the model sub name sitting below the engine sizing.
