german checkout area is partly in english, why?

Hello,

 

I have got the problem, that on our german website and the german online-shop the checkout area still appears in english.

 

Is there any possibility to change the english checkout area to german?

Please see attached picture.

Please check if your settings use German for Language and Region. You can find it under SETTINGS/EINSTELLUNGEN, then LANGUAGE & REGION (SPRACHE & REGION).
