Guest Posted November 18, 2022 Share Posted November 18, 2022 Hi all, I am going crazy here. I hope someone can help. I followed the method to add the facebook and insta meta pixel. It states that all is fine in Squarespace. I'm trying to schedule an ad in facebook, but promote now is 'greyed out' and I get this message in all the ad previews where there should be my catalogue elements: No valid products in the catalogue All of the products in the catalogue are filtered out. Products must be loadable/visible to viewer. Products cannot be out of stock. Products should not be expired. If a product set is supplied, this verifies that the product (still) belongs. The catalogue is there when I hover over the catalogue number...there it is. When I hover over the products number...there they are. BTW the catalogue number and products number are different. BUT the preview of the ads has a bunch of format boxes stating the above message. If its there, if sqspce says all is fine, why why why!!?? I just want to promote my artwork!
