Monitor Ratio 16/9 to 16/10 and browser size changes the look of certain pages

Hello to everyone,

I'm having this problem while building my website. In most pc monitors, everything looks ok (Image 01), also in mobile version we're fine. But in some monitors (mostly ratio 16/10, Macbooks etc) and also when rezising a browser window things go south (Image 02). Does anyone know how this could be fixed?
