Tracking Sales Conversion with Klaviyo

Hi there,

I have Klaviyo setup and working on my site with help from Zapier, however I'm unable to track sales conversions that arise from email click through.

Is there any code that can be placed into the 'Order Confirmation Page' section of the Code Injection that will trigger a completed sales to be reported back to Klaviyo?
