Move form titles

Hello, 

I need that the delivery address white box to be the same length as Instagram and to be aligned to the second column. 

and for the line date of birth I need it to be aligned to Email. I attach a screenshot so it is easier.

I check that this code makes the 2 last items push on the left

Thank you for your response, the thing is that when I try to change the 2% then first name and last name show stacked instead of correcting the problem. I don't really know what to do in this situation.
