form: place the options F, M, D next to gender

I just need to put F M and D in the same line instead of stacked.

And place gender in the same distance as the rest of the fields.

This should be what you're looking for:

.form-wrapper .field-list .field .option {
  display: inline-block !important;
  padding: 5px 14px;
  min-width:6%;
}

You may want to adjust the values to suit your design. Hope it helps!
