Editing portfolio titles CSS

Hello 

I'm trying to target the titles for the portfolio page so that I can 

1) make the text uppercase and 2) change the hover colour but am having a hard time finding the css tag to use.

Try adding to Home > Design > Custom Css

.portfolio-hover-item:hover .portfolio-hover-item-content {
  color: orange;
}
