Customer notice on subscription service

Hi, 

We sell online training membership on squarespace subscription with paying by stripe on a monthly base. 

But we find it really challenging that a client can cancel the subscription with out a notice periode. Is it some way to work around this? Som custom coding or integrating with another payment software or something?? 

I don't think that's possible, have you asked Squarespace support about this, it may be a feature that you can request.

Yes, they just say they dont have this feature. But it must be some software to integrate to make this work! Like shopify or something?

I don't think you'll be able to integrate shopify or anything into similar into the payment system on Squarespace subscriptions. 

You could create a membership platform separate from Squarespace and then give people access if they've paid, but I don't know of many online memberships that have a minimum cancellation period.
