Commerce & Live Streaming Alerts

I am looking for a way, that when someone purchases from my store, or donates (which I will set up if this exists), to then push an alert out to my bot, or via code/webhook that can be integrated.
Example:
Many other donate sites like stream elements or Ko-fi have integrated twitch alerts, and webhooks that you can use. and Bots like Lumia Stream or Stream Elements can hook these into Twitch. 
so somone purchases an item, an alert populates on stream, somone donates, a different alert populates. etc
