Fixing code for header slider menu overlay of text with transparent background

Recommended Posts

Site URL: https://furniturerental.ch

Hi everyone,

I added the following code onto the Advanced Page Header Code Injection. Since yesterday it is broken and doesn't display the images behind the code anymore, only black.

<style>#page .page-section{height:100vh!important margin-bottom: 600px;}
#page .page-section:nth-child(2) {margin-top:-100vh!important;}
#page .page-section:nth-child(2) , #page .page-section:nth-child(2) .section-background{background-color: hsla(187, 69%, 2%, 0.27)  !important}</style>

Anyone can help? I also used the code set to transparent instead of a transparent black so that the text in front of the slider menu is better readable.

Any tip on how to fix this? I am not a coder.

Thanks,

Saskia

Is there a reason that you've added this to the code injection rather than the Custom CSS? Where did you get the code?

I'm also slightly confused as to what you're trying to achieve here, can you provide an example of what you want it to look like? Thanks for elaborating!
