Gelato integration pod

Hello everyone!

I'm trying to get Gelato's Print on Demand working with my Squarespace webshop.  On Gelato I connected the webshop and synchronized the products, which showed up on Squarespace. Now I ordered one of the products on my Squarespace webshop, got an email with the notification, payment worked as well. But on Gelato the order does not show up? Anybody with the same problem or hopefully a solution?

Also I chatted with Gelato's support service and it looked oke from Gelato's end. I also send an email to Squarespace Support and waiting on responce.
