Strange box appears around Scrolling Marquee

Hi all,

I'm using a few scrolling marquee blocks on my website, but I'm finding that any time you click a link on the page i.e. clicking the + to expand an accordion, a box appears around the outside of all marquees across the page.

I'm wondering if anyone might help me out with some code to prevent that from happening?

Did you remove accordion? I don't see any accordion on page.
