How can I remove page header navigation on mobile view?

Hello! I'm new to 7.1 and have a few questions. One big one is how can I remove page header navigation on mobile views? The custom CSS tricks I used on 7.0 don't seem to work. See attached screenshot for reference.

Do you mean removing the burger menu. If so, how do you want to display the menu link?
