Anchor links do not work consistently

Anchor links do not work consistently. I am having trouble getting my anchor links to consistently navigate through my homepage. Occasionally it will jump to the bottom of the page instead. And sometimes it will navigate a bit lower or higher on the page than it should be.

An example of this would be if you navigate straight to “Why Our Cash Offer Is Different” it jumps to the bottom of the page. But if you then navigate using the same method starting from the location it left you it goes to the correct spot. Not sure what’s wrong.

I was able to get it working properly.

I managed to get it to work by adjusting the positioning of the content on the page, for instance changing the content alignment to 'down' instead of middle
