Stop webpage snapping to an Iframe 'accept cookies' box

Hi all,

There appears to be an update to an embedded Iframe I have been using from a company called Moovit. 

The problem that has occurred is that now, each time you go onto a page it will snap to the embedded Iframe in order to display an accept cookies message, rather than start at the header of the page (where I would prefer visitors to begin). 

Does anybody have any suggestions of how to disable this snap to the frame or (less preferably) stop the cookie message coming up?
