MagicTM
Hi team! We have an appliance service business and base our service bookings on customers locations. Is there a way to set our Squarespace Scheduling to do the following: Confirm customer information FIRST with an autocomplete address field Show pricing relevant to their region Filter potential times shown to customer to the day(s) that we have allocated to their region All regions are in the same country (New Zealand) just grouped into areas that maximise efficiencies for our service people. There are a total of 9 regions that we service all with predefined boundaries. I would assume that we would set each region up as a Resource and then be able to block off and dedicate entire days to that Resource. Not sure how (or if it's even possible) to add geolocation data to a Resource (i.e create a Service Territory). I know it's probably an option but I'd prefer NOT to have to have multiple appointment types upfront, i.e. Comprehensive Service (Region A), Comprehensive Service (Region B), etc. If at all possible, I am wanting to confirm customer address FIRST and then filter results based on that geolocation. I've attached an example from Fisher & Paykel (large NZ whiteware manufacturer) of what we're trying to achieve. We don't service these sorts of products but the concept is still the same. Here's the link to the Fisher & Paykel service page. I'm pretty sure they'll be using Salesforce (Field Service Lighting) for this as they run most of their systems through SF. We don't have that budget (and we are MUCH MUCH smaller than them) but looking to achieve a similar result if it's doable. Hope that all makes sense! Tim Link to comment
SoniaSaysSit
Has there been any development on being able to set locations/regions/areas when clients are selecting appointments? Link to comment
