Image Card Bedford - clickable picture and button

Is there a way to make both the picture and the button clickable? I have featured image card blocks on my page and through testing, people want to click on the picture, but we also would like to keep the button.

You can add a text link above button, then we can give the code to make link cover whole image + button + Text
