Add animation to list items

Hey all, I need some code help with list sections.

The portion at the bottom of the page with the logos, that is made with a 'simple list'. Sadly Squarespace doesn't have a customization to add animation to lists. I'd like to have the logos sequentially fade in.

Can you offer some code to help me address list items and have them fade in?
