Embedding a Perl file in a Squarespace site?

I'm moving a client's site from Wordpress to Squarespace. One of the current features on their site is a quiz form that submits to a perl code file (.pl) which makes calculations based on the quiz answers. (This file sits outside the Wordpress installation.) Is there a way to include this sort of functionality within Squarespace, or will we need to host it elsewhere and link the quiz form to the external file?

Can you share the link to old site that has this feature so I can take a look?
